Steven P. Poskanzer was inaugurated as Carleton’s 11th President on September 25, 2010. The Inaugural Festivities began on Thursday and ended on Saturday evening. Following the Inaugural Convocation on Friday afternoon there was a reception on the Bald Spot for the entire Carleton community. The Inauguration Ceremony was on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in Skinner Memorial Chapel. The Inaugural Ball was held Saturday evening and the weekend culminated with a fireworks display over Lyman Lakes.
