Dining halls and Sayles Café hours of operation during New Student Week.

A meal plan for use in Sayles Café is available for students living and working in Northfield over the summer as well as Carleton employees. We are offering a 10, 20 and 50 meal plan (the 50 meal plan is not available after 7.20.2022) that can be used starting on Tuesday, June 7th. These meal plans are good for any meal period and do not expire at the end of the week. Any meals left at the end of the summer will not be refunded. There are no dining dollars attached to any of the plans.

Due to construction projects, locations for summer meals will move around (either Sayles Café, Schulze Café or LDC). Signs will be posted in all locations directing students and staff to the café or dining hall scheduled to be open that day for summer meals.

Hours of Operation

Last board meal at LDC before Summer Break will be breakfast on Tuesday, June 7th. Enjoy the summer!!

Last meal at Burton before Summer Break will be dinner on Sunday, June 5th. Enjoy the summer!!

Spring Concert 2022 will be held on Saturday, May 21st. Dinner will be held behind the Rec Center, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. This meal is part of the Board Meal Plan. If you are not on a meal plan, your Schillers will be charged. LDC and Burton will be closed for dinner.

The first meal in Burton dining hall for Spring Term will be dinner on Sunday, March 27th, 5:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The first meal in LDC for Spring Term will be brunch on Saturday, March 26th, 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

LDC’s last meal before Spring Break will be breakfast on Thursday, March 17th. LDC will open after break on Saturday, March 26th for brunch, 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and dinner, 4:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Standard hours of operation begin on Sunday, March 27th.
