On average, our bodies contain 50-65% water.  Water is vital, as it supports numerous bodily functions and needs to be replenished as it is consistently lost through sweat, respiration and excretion.  Good hydration supports brain focus, body temperature regulation, and absorption of essential nutrients – important reasons to stay hydrated!  Come to LDC and Burton at lunch and sip in style with different flavors of spa waters!
