There will be special menus in all three dining facilities on Thursday, May 5, as we celebrate Mexican Independence Day in Dining Services. Burton, East Dining, and Sayles Café will all have a Traditional Taqueria, but in addition, each location with have several unique options, including Taquitos and Tostadas (Sayles), Tamales and Battered Shrimp Tora (East), and a Chicken Fajita Salad and Tortilla Soup (Burton).
