Sayles Café will be offering a salad bar for the remainder of the summer. The salad bar will be available from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday -Friday and will have two varieties of greens. You may build your salad on a plate or take one of two different to-go sizes. There are five salad dressings from which to choose and multiple toppings, including fresh veggies, olives, several proteins, cheeses and nuts or croutons. Salads are billed by weight at 40 cents per ounce.
