There is a new look to the Café Bon Appétit website including a an interactive map feature called Farm to Fork Partners. Buttons show the locations of the 19 local producers of food served in Carleton dining facilities. All of these vendors are within 200 miles of Northfield. The pop-up windows show the items that are purchased from each vendor and the distance from Carleton. There are also links to more information about the vendor and to the vendor’s website. This gives diners an excellent view of exactly where some of their food is sourced. It’s worth a look right now!
