  • LDC Cookie Contest – Monday, April 24th

    Do you have the BEST cookie recipe at Carleton? Put your cookie recipe to the test in Carleton’s Cookie Baking Contest.  Teams of two or three will put their cookie baking skills to the test.  Teams will have the chance to serve their cookies to Carleton students on Monday, April 24, at dinner in LDC from 4:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  The winning cookie recipe will be featured @ Burton, LDC and Sayles.  Contact bonappetitevents@carleton.edu to sign up!

  • 7th Inning Stretch Baseball Menus

    Friday, April 7th: Burton, LDC and Sayles Café will be featuring Ballpark favorites to welcome the start of baseball season.  LDC will be featuring Milwaukee Brewers Aged Cheddar Beer Soup, Ballpark Chili, Nacho Bar, Soft Pretzels, Target Field Chicken Tikka Rice Bowl, and Ballpark Franks during lunch and dinner.  Burton will be featuring Cheese Curds and Corn Dogs.  Sayles will be featuring a Virgin Bloody Mary Bar.

  • Farmer Dinner

    Thursday, April 6:  Want to meet the farmers who grow the food you are eating in the dining halls?  This is a great opportunity to meet the wonderful farmers in our area and learn more about how the food you eat is grown.  Dinner begins at 5:45 p.m. in Burton.  Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin from Main Street Chicken will be here for a book signing of his recently published book.  Details to follow!
