    National Nutrition Month® is an annual campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During the month of March, we invite everyone to focus on the importance of making informed food choices, developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

  • LDC will be opening on Saturday, January 4th for dinner at 4:45 p.m. Burton will be opening on Sunday, January 5th for dinner at 5:45 p.m. Sayles Café will be open on Sunday, January 5th, noon–midnight.

  • Sayles Café Resumes Regular Hours

    Sayles Café resumes regular hours starting Friday, September 13th Sayles Café is a short-order dining venue located in Sayles-Hill Campus Center.

    Standard Academic Hours of Operation

    Monday – Thursday:  8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
    Friday:  8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
    Saturday:  9:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
    Sunday:  Noon – 12:00 a.m.

  • Sayles Café Summer Hours

    Summer hours start Wednesday, June 12th, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

    NOTE:  Sayles will be open on Saturday, June 15th, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., for commencement.

    Weitz Café will be closed June 6th – September 13th, 2019. The café will reopen on the first day of fall term, Monday, September 16th.

    Saturday, May 25th:  Dinner served behind the Recreation Center, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Burton and East Dining Hall, LDC are closed for dinner. Sayles Café will be open regular hours.

    NOTE:  If you are NOT on a Board Plan, your SCHILLERS will be charged.  Cash will not be accepted.

  • National Farmworker Awareness Week 2019 – Food Chains Viewing

    Join us for a viewing of Food Chains on Thursday, April 4th, 6:00 p.m., in Sevy Meeting Room.  The narrative of the film focuses on an intrepid and highly lauded group of tomato pickers from Southern Florida – the Coalition of Immokalee Workers or CIW – who are revolutionizing farm labor.  Their story is one of hope and promise for the triumph of morality over corporate greed – to ensure a dignified life for farm workers and a more humane, transparent food chain.
