Sayles Café will have reduced hours during winter break (Nov. 22 – Jan. 3rd). Open hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Dining Dollars associated with all Fall Term meal plans expire at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22nd.

LDC’s Last Meal of the Term will be served on Tuesday, November 22nd from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Burton’s Last Meal of the Term will be served on Sunday, November 20th from 5:45 pm to 8:00 pm.

Burton is featuring Clara Finkelstein’s Recipe from Home on Saturday, November 19th, at lunch and dinner – Dicken’s Dinner Potato Leek Soup! This recipe is a Finkelstein family favorite and is a part of their annual Dicken’s Dinner celebration held on Christmas Eve.

Late Night Breakfast:  A Carleton tradition!  Friday, November 18th – Take a break from your studies and come see us from 10:00  -11:00 p.m. in LDC for scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, fresh fruit and caramel rolls.  What’s better than breakfast at night! And, you cannot beat the price – it’s free!

Come to Burton at dinner on Friday, November 18th, for Kiran Tomlinson’s Recipe from Home – Pasta Pesto.  This recipe is an authentic Italian comfort food.  We are happy to feature it in Burton and hope the Carleton students enjoy this family favorite!

Reading Day Fun! On Friday, November 18th, Burton is featuring a Mac and Cheese Bar at lunch.  Customize your mac and cheese with lots of yummy assorted toppings.

Sayles Café will be featuring a Waffle Bar on Thursday, November 17th, from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. to satisfy your late night cravings.

Happy Reading Day!  Sayles Café is having made-to-order Omelets on Thursday, November 17th, and Friday, November 18th, from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. to help jumpstart your studying efforts.
