    Enjoy the flavors of Mardi Gras at Burton, LDC and Sayles during lunch.  Burton will be featuring Chicken and Pork Andouille Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee, Louisiana Inspired Gator with Okra and Bell Pepper Pizza.  LDC will be featuring Vegetarian Okra Gumbo, Chicken Piquant, Chicken and Andouille Jambalaya, Shrimp Po’Boy and Muffuletta Sandwich.

    The dining halls and Sayles Café will be featuring tailgate favorites throughout the day.  LDC will be featuring a Wing Bar, Beer Cheese Soup and Hot Dogs at dinner.  Burton will have a Brat Bar, Root Beer BBQ Beef, Root Beer BBQ Tofu, and Macaroni and Cheese at dinner.

  • Chili Contest in LDC at Dinner – January 30th

    Do you think you have the best bowl of chili?  Have you ever wanted the chance to cook with the Bon Appétit chefs? Now is your chance!  LDC is hosting a chili cook-off!  Four teams put their chili cooking skills to the test.  Teams will have the chance to serve their chili to Carleton students on Monday, January 30 at dinner from 4:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  The winning chili will be featured at Burton, LDC and Sayles.  Contact bonappetitevents@carleton.edu to participate.  Deadline to sign up is January 17th.
