Bon Appetit names new General Manager

Effective this month, Allison Albritton has been named by Bon Appetit Management Company as the new General Manager of Carleton Dining Services. Allison has been with Bon Appetit for eight years, having previously been assigned to Macalester College and Trine University in Indiana. Allison has been at Carleton since last summer as the Operations Manager in Burton. She can be reached at x4066 or by email at

As there have been other changes in Dining Services management since fall term, it might be useful to review all of the managers and their locations. Greg Colline is the Executive Chef at Carleton and is based in Burton Dining Hall. Bek Fikre-Sellaissie is the Director of Operations at Burton and also the Director of Catering. Stephanie Hedrick is the Sous Chef at Burton. At East Dining Hall, Debi Wright is Director of Operations and Craig Lindberg is Sous Chef. At the Sayles- Hill Snack Bar, Lindsay Byhre is the Manager and Dan Watrin is the Sous Chef. Katie McKenna is the District Manager for Bon Appetit supervising the Carleton account.
