Lunch on Tuesday, September 28 at both Burton and East Dining Halls will feature the annual “Eat Local” Challenge that Bon Appetit sponsors in its cafes all over the country. The theme refers to the fact that all of the food served at this meal is sourced from no more than 150 miles from where it’s eaten (excepting salt and olive oil). Be sure to attend and understand that a substantial portion of the fresh produce at this meal was grown and harvested at the Carleton Farm but Carleton students.
