Our team provides comprehensive support for all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to post-event evaluation. We serve as a central resource for scheduling, design, planning, promotion, and operational support, working closely with faculty and staff.

Our goal is to build positive working relationships and provide a high level of service, ensuring seamless day-of execution for all events. We’re here to troubleshoot any challenges and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Carleton faculty and staff planning a departmental conference, hosting a speaker, facilitating a workshop, or other complex event are encouraged to contact us for assistance with any of the following:

Pre-planning

  • Transportation of attendees to/from airport, around Northfield, around campus
