The 2025 Mentoring Conference Call for Proposals

6 April 2025

The Mentoring Institute is excited to announce its 18th Annual Mentoring Conference, “Developmental Networks for Wellbeing: The Impact of Mentoring on Individual and Organizational Performance and Growth,” which will take place from Monday, Oct 20, through Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, in the Student Union Building at the University of New Mexico, Main Campus, Albuquerque, NM.

This annual conference features 150 concurrent presentations with attached conference papers, 10 plenary presentations from leading mentoring professionals, 4 workshops to develop mentoring skills, and several networking opportunities. We are accepting proposals for concurrent presentations.

The Mentoring Institute welcomes proposals from faculty, students, researchers, professionals, and practitioners interested in the scholarship of mentoring, coaching, supervision, and leadership from non-profit and NGO organizations, governmental agencies, K-12 schools, and institutions of higher education from all disciplines and professions. All proposals are to be submitted by April 15th, 2025.

This year, in addition to proposals regarding research, theoretical models, conceptual papers, case studies, and systematic reviews advancing the scholarship of developmental networks, we will accept proposals discussing the intersection between Mentoring and Wellbeing.

We seek to enhance our collective knowledge to create the appropriate conditions that will foster the wellbeing and success of individuals, programs, institutions, communities, and societies in the coming decades. Understanding what works for whom, when, where, and why in promoting healthy and high-quality developmental relationships requires attention to current, evolving, and dynamic paradigms.
