Offered December 2-5, 2025 (10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST), these virtual sessions are designed for you. Choose from six industry-focused tracks to explore, each featuring:
- 6-12 alumni who will share what their day-to-day work in a chosen industry is really like
- Employers who will explain their recruiting process and what they look for in candidates
- Designated time to connect with peers with similar career interests
- Guidance from a professional career coach to help you in create a success-ready résumé and reflect of your experience

- Ladder / Run by Harvard founders, Ladder Internships is a selective start-up internship program for college students. In the program, students work 1-1 with top start-ups on real-world projects. Companies in the program cover industries like AI & Machine Learning, healthcare, finance, and biotech.
