- Do you have an upcoming technical interview or hope to soon? Not sure how to prepare for it? Austin Dahl (’88) spent over 25 years in software development and management at a variety of start-ups and big companies, mostly in the Seattle area. He has interviewed and hired several hundred software engineers and initiated internship programs at two companies. For the past 4 years, he has been volunteering at MinT, a mentorship program for CS professionals and overlooked CS students. See multiple dates available and these are listed on the CS Events calendar, too.

- Weitz Fellows Virtual Information Session on Thursday, January 15th from 7 to 8 p.m. Students are encouraged to RSVP here for a brief overview of the program, including the cohort experience and robust support system for fellows. The event will conclude by allowing students to enter breakout rooms with current Weitz Fellows and organizations of their choice to learn even more about the Weitz Fellowship and the current fellows’ experiences in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. Faculty and staff do not need to RSVP; here is the Zoom link. The Weitz Fellowship provides one-year, full-time jobs for nine Carleton 2025 graduates at nine nonprofit organizations in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.
