Our last Bits and Bytes event of the term/year will take place on Thurs May 29, 3:30-4:30pm in Anderson 329, and will feature our first CS Department Town Hall.
Department chair Anna Rafferty will share updates on some of the major things that CS faculty and staff worked on this year, including faculty hiring, changing major requirements (hello, junior seminars!), and new efforts to build community among CS students.
We also will provide opportunities for you all to ask questions about how the department works, discuss any feedback or concerns you have, and make your voice heard on CS department things that matter to you.
We’ll have snacks and beverages as usual; come by and share your thoughts on the department and major, and hear what your classmates care about.
