Cathy Guang ’23, Matthew Smith-Erb ’23 and Associate Professor of Computer Science Layla Oesper had their paper “A Weighted Distance-based Approach for Deriving Consensus Tumor Evolutionary Trees” accepted to the 2023 ISMB/ECCB conference, one of the top conferences in computational biology. Their paper will be published as part of the conference proceedings in a special issue of the journal Bioinformatics.
