Advisory Committee on Student Life

Function

The Advisory Committee for Student Life (ACSL) is an advisory committee to the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students, dedicated to addressing issues and policies concerning student life.

Membership

The Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students will serve as convener, co-chairing with a faculty member appointed by the FAC (two years). The committee will also include three students appointed by the CSA, three staff appointed by the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students (two from student life and one from another division), and two additional faculty appointed by the FAC (two year appointments).

Procedure

The ACSL committee will meet bi-weekly, periodically reporting its business and soliciting input in faculty, student senate, and College Council meetings.
