Socially responsible investing (SRI), or social investment, is any investment strategy which seeks to consider both financial return and social/environmental good to bring about social change regarded as positive by proponents.

Securities and Exchange Commission (EDGAR)
All documents submitted by public corporations are searchable on EDGAR. Proxy ballots can be found here under the title “Def 14a,” but aren’t available until around April.

Responsible Endowments Coalition (REC)
The REC is an organization of students with the purpose of advancing socially responsible investing on college campuses. Every year the REC hosts an SRI conference at the University of Pennsylvania, which Carleton has sent students to in the past.
