The war in Gaza

In late February, the CSA passed a resolution  advocating for Carleton to, among other things, divest from companies that – in the view of the CSA and Students for Justice Palestine – are implicated in Israel’s conduct in the war in Gaza. The resolution specifically asked that:

“CRIC (Carleton Responsible Investment Committee) review all of Carleton’s investments, public and private, to evaluate their involvement in Israel’s ongoing genocide of Palestinians.”

Here is CRIC’s response to that request. CRIC has spoken to members of SJP and the CSA about the resolution. CRIC is happy to talk to any campus group about this issue or any other related to Carleton’s endowment.
