2:00 Shareholder Letters

CRIC sends shareholder position letter directly to companies, CCs’ Investment Office.  These letters explain the schools vote on upcoming shareholder resolutions.  The goal is to solicit a response from the contacted companies, and perhaps a continuing discussion.

 2:18 CSA Secretary.  CSA is supposed to provide CRIC with a secretary to post agendas, record minutes, etc.  Shane will reach out to CSA to ensure they include this job posting next year.

2:20 Memorialize discussion of Tabling.  Students members will create short write-up memorializing our tabling efforts in Spring Term 2019.  This document will be posted with minutes when finished. 

2:21 Reach out to Prof. Katie St. Clair for campus investment survey for Spring Term 2020.  She runs the statistical consulting class for Math/Stats and has run our surveys in the past.

2:22 Planning for publicly posting agendas ahead of meeting for 2019-2020 school year.

2:25 Discussion of Dan’s invitation to a Divestment/ESG Panel that takes place during the reunion.  Dan will write back to the panel host. 

2:30 Discussion of what new staff members to add to the committee.  Per our charter, we need one more staff member for the next year.  All potential members discussed were women.
