To start off, each of CRIC’s small groups presented its research on its resolutions, and made recommendations to the committee as to which resolutions CRIC should support. CRIC members voted on these resolutions via email. The last mailing to the Board of Trustees before the Investment Committee meeting goes out this Thursday, February 5th. In this mailing, CRIC would like to provide information for the trustees about the resolutions it plans to support. Therefore, each small group will write summaries of its resolutions approved by the committee and submit these to Nathaniel, who will put them together in a final report. Because of the limited amount of time before the Investment Committee meeting, CRIC will not be able to distribute and analyze the survey until after the meeting.
Fred Rogers gave the committee advice on addressing the Board, and discussed what they should expect from the meeting. The Investment Committee meeting will be next Thursday, February 12th at the Alumni Guest House at 12:30 p.m. While CRIC technically has the first fifteen minutes of the meeting, the trustees have lunch from 12:00 to 12:30, so members of CRIC plan to go early to have more time with the trustees. Nathaniel and Nora will present to the Board. The next CRIC meeting will be next Tuesday, February 10th, at which time the committee will finish preparing for the meeting with the Investment Committee.
