Faculty Curricular Planning Committee

Mission

The Faculty Curricular Planning Committee engages in discussions about long-range college-wide curricular planning and advises the Provost about departmental and interdisciplinary faculty position allocations.

Membership

Faculty: The five elected faculty members who serve on the Education and Curriculum Committee (ECC) are also members of the Faculty Curricular Planning Committee.

Staff: The Provost and the Associate Provost who serves on the ECC serve in an ex officio capacity. The Provost chairs the committee.

Students: No students serve on this committee.

Preferred Skills or Experience for Committee Members

Preferred skills or experience are not required for this committee.

Committee Work

The committee agenda is set by the chair. The committee reports and communicates to the Education and Curriculum Committee.
