Goal of Workshop 1.4

Review outcomes from the first three workshops, review process and participants for Phase 2, discuss how to develop clear Phase 2 vision and goals

Tasks & Discussion Questions:

  • What themes have emerged throughout fall term EAC discussions?
  • What should the outcome of this process look like? (A fully drafted CAP update, a memo of recommendations, a high-level guiding document, a hand-off to a detailed steering committee, etc.?)
  • What will make Phase 2 discussions rich and informative?
