The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) meets as needed to review applications and registrations for all research conducted at or sponsored by Carleton or St. Olaf involving recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules. Consistent with National Institutes of Health guidelines, the links below lead to copies of the minutes from all IBC meetings that have taken place since January 1, 2023. Minutes of IBC meetings are added here after they have been approved by the IBC. Minutes of other IBC meetings are available upon request to the Chair of the IBC.
