The ASC Administrative Subcommittee meets to review and make decisions about certain requests for exceptions to academic policy. The Administrative Subcommittee handles a comparatively larger volume of comparatively less complicated petitions. The most straightforward requests for exceptions are handled directly by the Registrar’s Office. When requests submitted by students are more complex or the nature of the petition is less common, those petitions are handled by the full ASC.
The Administrative Subcommittee meets regularly during the term, typically once or twice per week depending on the volume of requests, and meets as needed during breaks.
