Wanting to do something fun? Try out Opera! Professors Cecilia Cozzi, Katharine Hargrave and Brooke Okazaki are organizing a field trip to the Cities to bring you to see an opera of great humor and (strange to say!) a happy ending, Mozart’s Così Fan Tutte, at no cost!
Sign up by October 21st to reserve a seat on the bus and to select your meal.
Join us for an exciting evening! Bring your friends and colleagues: we will attend the dress rehearsal of the show, starting at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 28th.
Note: the performance run time is 3 hours, 2 minutes with 1 intermission.
New to opera? No worries: We will arrive early to the Ordway, so that Professors Cecilia Cozzi and Katharine Hargrave can give a brief talk with all you need to know about this masterpiece.
This event is free and open to all Carleton Community Members.
Important Information:
- Departure location is Willis Hall - Be there by 5:15 PM
- There is no dress code at the Ordway
- Food and snacks are not allowed inside the theater - we will eat on the bus!
- Anticipated return time to Carleton is 11:10 PM
