Bon Appetit and Classics Department Professor Jake Morton present Ancient Foods Week. One of the dining hall stations will be serving foods of the Roman Republic during lunches of Week 6.
Explore the wide-ranging food world of the Roman Republic from cumin to cabbage, recreated with recipes from Latin texts.
