CAMS visiting assistant professor Cecilia Cornejo will be a featured artist at the upcoming Rural Arts and Culture Summit to take place June 6 to 8 at the University of Minnesota-Morris. The Summit gathers artists, art organizations, and community leaders to highlight arts-based strategies to rural communities.
Cecilia will take part in the summit’s opening plenary, Scanning the Field, which features the work of artists, filmmakers, and cultural producers who are making an impact in their communities.
Cecilia’s film, Make No Noise ~ The story of a skatepark, will be screened twice at the Summit, and there will be a great variety of other artists sharing their work as well.
