Fernando Saldivia Yáñez, CAMS 2020, comes back to Carleton to share his widely acclaimed first feature documentary, On the Traces of Time. The film will be screened on Tuesday, March 7 at 7pm in the Weitz Cinema, followed by a Q&A with the director. This event is free and open to the public.
 
Film synopsis
Multiple generations of a family of Magellanic Gauchos work together to keep their traditions alive. Using intimate observation, On the Traces of Time portrays rural labor and its different ways of dealing with time, the environment, and memory.
