The Winchell Undergraduate Research Symposium Planning Committee and the Minnesota Academy of Science are looking forward to an exciting program on 4/29 in Collegeville, including
- keynote by Dr. Lisa Jungbauer Nikolas, Medtronic: “Medical Device Innovations: Who, Where & What do they ‘S.T.E.M.’ from?”
- panel sessions with STEM industry professionals and with STEM graduate & professional students
- breakout sessions on science outreach and cross-institution CUREs
in addition to the oral & poster presentations of student research.
Registration is now open for student presenters, student/faculty/professional attendees, and faculty/professional judges. You can find more information on the Registration page and also in the presentation & abstract guidelines, which include the poster & presentation evaluation criteria (new this year!).
We invite you and your students to participate in this opportunity to share undergraduate research across institutions in and around Minnesota. I hope you will forward this invitation to others who may be interested, and do feel free to contact me with questions.
Best,
Kris Fowler
