Hi all,
We are super excited about spring term starting and having a chance to connect with you, even if only virtually.
We will keep using the Weekly Beaker to deliver news, but this term, and given the situation, we have also created a new Moodle page: Chemistry Major Bonding. The goal is that this Moodle page will help us keep connected in these weird circumstances. It has a forum for suggestions and also a social forum. It also has a page that is being slowly populated, but that we hope will have short videos or pictures of all members of the department, including you!
We are planning to hold virtual Periodic Table every week (go to https://www.carleton.edu/chemistry/events/ for details). Other events will be held at 3:30 PM on Friday (we are not sure yet what these will be; if you have ideas, please use the Suggestion Forum in the Chemistry Major Bonding Moodle page to let us know and discuss options).
