UChicago molecular engineering: news and upcoming MS info session

10 November 2021

Check out the events page for the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago. Opportunities to learn more about the PME will be detailed there, including the upcoming Master of Science Faculty Roundtable on December 10, 2021. This event will run from 12:00-1:00pm (Central Time) via Zoom and presents a unique opportunity for students considering the PME to interact with and learn more about the school directly from the faculty. Registration for the December 10 event is highly recommended so that participants can submit questions ahead of time and so that they can keep in touch as the event date approaches.

The Master of Science in Molecular Engineering (MSME) program provides a streamlined and flexible degree to give students broad exposure across science and engineering disciplines. Students will select a specialized track in Bio- and Immunoengineering, Computation Materials Modeling, or Polymer Science and Engineering. Each track consists of core graduate student offerings, in-depth courses along the theme of the specialization track, and elective courses in business or humanities.

After the onset of Covid-19, many PME researchers have dedicated their labs and resources to pressing research questions surrounding the global pandemic. With careful planning and safety measures, prioritizing the health and well-being of PME’s community, we have resumed research and study on campus.
