Pathways to Research Program
The Pathways to Research Program (PReP) is designed for undergraduate students enrolls at colleges and universities in Minnesota from populations underrepresented in research to begin or advance their research career.

The program provides training in human health research and career development through a structured core curriculum and mentored research project.

PReP Scholars have the opportunity to:

  • Gain research skills and experiences through mentored research projects
  • Attend weekly research and career development seminars
  • Receive a stipend for 12 weeks over the 2022 summer
  • Present research at CTSI’s Poster Session

Applications for PReP are due 11:59om, February 11, 2022.

The CTSI PReP program shares its application with the M-ASCEND Health Disparities and Cancer Research Undergraduate Internship. Students may be considered for one or both of the programs by selecting their program choice(s) in the application.
