The Hormel Institute, UMN offers a 10-week, paid summer internship program for undergraduate students interested in gaining experience working in a research lab.
The SURE (Summer Undergraduate Research Experience) program matches interns with PIs at The Hormel Institute, allowing them to work on research projects to expand their knowledge of basic research as well as learn about equipment and techniques that generally are not available in undergraduate research programs.
The deadline for summer 2020 applications is March 1, 2020.
