Carleton’s Summer Liberal Arts Institute is hiring Teaching Assistants for July of 2022! The Summer Liberal Arts Institute (SLAI) runs 3-week pre-college programs each summer for high achieving, rising high school juniors and seniors. These high schoolers live and learn like college students during the program, and even earn Carleton credit. We are offering 5 programs this summer and have a variety of student staff positions open, including the Teaching Assistant position detailed below.

Teaching Assistant for the Summer Building Connections in STEM Program
Employment dates: July 5 – 30, 2022
Room & Board included during term of employment
- Program topics include Geology, Biology, and Chemistry. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with faculty to help students with program academics in all three areas.
- Ideal applicants have interest working with high school aged students and possess the ability to help and mentor them in the classroom
