Have Coffee and A Cookie With This Week’s Seminar Visitor Erin McDuffie (’13), 2:45 – 3:20pm Friday, Feb. 18!

15 February 2022

Erin McDuffie (’13) went from Carleton to CU-Boulder for a Ph.D. in atmospheric chemistry, where she focused on building and deploying instrumentation for atmospheric measurements. She then did a postdoc where her focus was on integrating aerosol particles into models of the atmosphere. Now she is a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the US EPA. Come talk with her about her experiences, her path from Carleton to the EPA, and the intersection of science and policy! You can get a hot beverage and a cookie at the Shulze Cafe and put it on the Chemistry Department’s tab before joining Zoom to chat with Erin. She will be available for informal conversations from 2:45 – 3:20pm on Friday at this Zoom link (it’s the same as the seminar link!). Please stay for the seminar at 3:30pm.
