The MIT Department of Chemistry offers the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science degrees, and features a flexible program that allows students to select courses tailored to their individual background and research interests.

Interested in applying to MIT’s Chemistry Application Mentor Program?
The Chemistry Application Mentor Program is a volunteer-based, student-run program that provides assistance to Chemistry Applicants. CAMP is intended to assist applicants from underrepresented groups – including but not limited to: groups underrepresented in the STEM field, first generation PhD applicants, and applicants from non-traditional academic backgrounds.
