Welcome to Rachel Horness and Kate Sammons
We are delighted to welcome Rachel Horness and Kate Sammons as Visiting Assistant Professors of Chemistry.
Rachel will teach CHEM 123 in the fall and spring and BIOC 201 in the winter. Rachel received her BA from Kalamazoo College, her PhD from Indiana University and is interested in Analytical Chemistry and Biochemistry.
Kate will teach CHEM 122 and CHEM 223 in the fall, CHEM 234 in the winter and spring. Kate received her BA from Carleton, her PhD from the University of Minnesota and is interested in Phytochemistry, Mass Spectrometry-Based Metabolomics and Herbal Medicine.
Please let’s make sure Rachel and Kate feel welcomed!
