Partnerships with Campus Offices & Organizations

CEDI is not alone in the efforts toward building community, equity, diversity, and inclusion at Carleton.

Academic and administrative departments and other organizations across campus are constantly striving towards inclusion, holding events, hiring individuals with diverse perspectives, and more. Below is a list of campus organizations with direct ties to CEDI, many of which have representative members serve in an ex-officio role on our Leadership Board.

Office of Accessibility Resources

The Office of Accessibility Resources promotes access and equity for all students of Carleton. We value full access to the wide range of academic, organizational, residential, and work opportunities for Carleton students, regardless of disability status. 

Office of the Chaplain

The Carleton Chaplaincy deepens the spiritual and ethical life of the campus by helping students, faculty, and staff explore the integral relationship between faith and learning.

Gender and Sexuality Center

The Gender and Sexuality Center offers resources and support on topics and identities related to the diversity of gender and sexuality, specifically centering resources and support for LGBTQIA+ people at Carleton.

Academic Advising

Advising relationships play a crucial role in a Carleton education, empowering students to take ownership of their education.

Title IX Lead Team

The Lead Team coordinates the College’s sexual misconduct prevention, training, response, and compliance with Title IX.

OIL

The Office of Intercultural  Life (OIL) strives to create a diverse and welcoming campus community that embraces individual difference, advocates for social justice, and cultivates inclusion.

ISL

The Office of International Student Life (ISL)  provides support and resources for international students, dual citizens, and third culture students through cultural and educational programming.

TRIO/Student Support Services

TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded program that provides academic, personal and financial support to low-income and first-generation college students and those with a documented disability.
