The CCCE supports Carleton students in exploring and expanding their civic agency and capacity to enact change in their communities.

Serving as a hub for curricular and co-curricular community engagement and civic learning at Carleton, we facilitate opportunities for students to integrate and apply their diverse forms of knowledge to real world situations.

Students can engage with the CCCE through taking Academic Civic Engagement Courses, working for our office or with one of our community partner organizations, volunteering with their peers in student-led community programs, and attending CCCE events.
