Sign up to receive a swab kit and instructions in your mailbox! Kits will be distributed on November 6th (8th Friday) and should be returned to a dropbox outside of the CCCE by November 9th (9th Monday). You’ll fill out the 10-minute registration form online AFTER receiving your kit in your mailbox. As a little thank you from us and Be the Match, we’ll leave some fun surprises in your mailbox as well!
