CCCE Community Conversation: Food and De/colonial Struggles and Strategies

Thu, February 16, 2023 • Alumni Guest House Library Room

Have you ever thought about the intersection between food, power, and migration? Or about what it means to decolonize food systems?  Join us for a conversation WITH FOOD FROM A LOCAL RESTAURANT at the AGH Library room on Thursday, February 16th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. By reflecting on the historical and cultural dimensions of the ingredients and cuisines we regularly consume, we will explore how food is a site for de/colonial struggles and strategies.  Because this is a food-providing event, please fill out this RSVP form by Thursday 9th, to indicate your interest and reserve your meal.
