Has your member of Congress taken a vote that you didn’t like and you want to know the best way to voice your concern? Have you ever seen a news article about federal legislation and wondered about how Congress creates and passes it? Do you feel like Congress is a black box where you have no input?
If so, come learn about the inner workings of Congress! We will discuss how member offices work (and how you can best have YOUR voice heard), how the body passes and deliberates legislation as well as how the work of creating laws is intertwined with the work of winning elections. Food will be Provided!
