PE 121 Beginning Fitness
This course will introduce students to safe, user friendly and introductory fitness activities. Class sessions will include both cardio and strength training exercises targeting all of your major muscle groups. We’ll use a variety of equipment including but not limited to: our own body weight, resistance bands, free weights, steps, bosu balls, cardio equipment and jump ropes. Students are able to modify as needed in order to progress safely and develop exercise skills that provide lifelong benefits.
Repeatable: This course is repeatable.
