PE 112 Core Strength and Stability
This course will help you increase core strength and stability through the use of ab circuits, balancing exercises, stability ball and bosu ball exercises, and partner workouts. Each student will learn new ways to exercise and gain understanding of the role core strength plays in everyday activities.
