Spring term signaled a shift in the strategic planning process as task forces completed their general feedback sessions with the Carleton community and began working on the draft recommendations that will be finalized and shared with the Coordinating Committee in early June.
Task force members met with the following groups in April, to round out their general feedback sessions:
- LTC lunch: faculty and staff
- Student Life staff
- Parents Advisory Council
- Faculty Forum
- Leadership Advisory Board
Surveys were sent to the following groups:
- Faculty on Continuing Appointment
- Junior Faculty
- Library staff
Faculty, staff, and students will have an opportunity to attend open feedback sessions on draft task force recommendations in mid-May. Keep an eye on Carleton Today for details!
