A Historic Moment in Carleton History

11 June 2020

Dear Class of 2020,

We are so grateful to you for what you have contributed to the Carleton community during the past four years. I am personally grateful for your support and tolerance during our year without the Bald Spot while we completed our geothermal well fields. I hope you consider yourselves part of a historic moment in Carleton history.

I especially want to thank our senior Sustainability Assistants: Jordan Shapiro, Caroline Hall, Madeline Hagar, and Emma Leither. You have been outstanding leaders and mentors. Your legacy will last for years to come.

To all seniors — we know this is a most unusual parting, but we will definitely look forward to celebrating with you in person next year. Your years as a Carl have only just begun! Best wishes as you launch the next chapter in your own life’s adventure.
