Are you looking for a quiet, private, and professional room to conduct an interview, take an admission test, or graduate school exam? The Career Center has four private rooms you can reserve through the college’s scheduling website.
Make a reservation
Follow these steps:
- Once you sign in to the scheduling site, you will be automatically brought to the four Career Center rooms located in Johnson House.
- Use the directional arrows or click on the date in the middle of the screen to find the day & time you need a room.
- Hover over the blue square box to see the layout & features of each room. Once you have decided on the room you would like to reserve and can see in the center section it is available, click on the room name to create an event.
- Date and Time section: Add the date and time you need the room
- Locations section: If you need anything special, please note that in the “Instructions” box.
- Event Name: Add your first and last name
- Event Type: Meeting
- Cost Center – Department/Organization: Select “Personal Events”
- Fill in the “Expected Head Count” and required “Additional Event Information.” Feel free to add anything you want the Career Center to know via the “Additional Comments & Notes section.
- Click “Save.” Watch for any additional instructions via the confirmation email.
